You will join the International Department (DI) of our industrial client (environment, water, wastewater infrastructures). Projects are located in EU, Eastern Europe, Asia, the Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.
YOUR MISSIONS
The Sales Assistant works in support of our business Consultants to design commercial offers and send them to the clients according to the right procedure.
* You work together with our experts, managers and strategy consultants to prepare and deliver commercial offers and tender files on time.
* You gather the necessary files and administrative/commercial information close to the concerned people (Consultants, Managers, Technical experts…)
* You ensure that offers and tender files are complete and perfectly finished before sending. Your skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word will be key for it..
* You organize meetings and workshops of our consultants with the clients.
* As part of the sales team, you contribute to the business development target by improving the excellence in proposal preparation; you organize REX on lost/win opportunities, develop a Market Intelligence about market/competition landscape and propose strategies to increase success rate.
* You pay attention to the respect of sales processes: Irreproachable use of CRM, full mastery of Sales and Risk Management processes. You actively provide feedback and seeks manner to improve processes and tools
* You are working in an international environment and collaborate with sales managers in Belgium and abroad
* You support the sales team in preparing presentations to clients, reviewing layouts, etc.
YOUR PROFILE
* You have at least a bachelor in a field related to Sales, Marketing and Communication, or a relevant experience for a Sales role.
* You have at least 2 years of experience in support in sales or business development or marketing.
* You have experience in giving sales support on commercial offers or tenders : designing offer documents, tender process management, update of Consultant’s CV, update company references, update of commercial conditions.
* You can cope with tight deadlines.
* You are fluent in English + French
* You are fully proficient in Microsoft office (advanced level).
* You are a team player and flexible.
* You like interactions and contacts with people (cross geographies teams).
