About the Job
As Consumer Insights and Analytics Lead for Europe, you will inform strategic priorities and business actions on the Europe Levi’s business through consumer and marketplace insights. You'll partner with functional leaders from the commercial and brand teams to understand key issues and guide strategies and tactics to grow the business and strengthen the Brand, leveraging existing and bespoke consumer and market research. Reporting to the VP, Marketplace Insights, you will set the insights agenda based on business priorities in service to your Europe business partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as voice of consumer and marketplace expert, delivering relevant insights on key Europe business priorities. Provide consumer perspective and competitive benchmark to inform assortment, in-store merchandising, and brand experience choices with the goal of identifying opportunities to grow the business and strengthening the Brand.
2. Inform marketing campaigns, ensuring local relevance of global campaigns.
3. Track & report on the health of the Levi’s brand.
4. Lead strategic management and application of marketing measurement framework, including use of advanced analytics techniques.
5. Influence global leaders by advocating for local market needs and ensuring that strategies align with European consumer demands
6. Requires travel to US HQ annually and travel within Europe for meetings and research each quarter
About you
7. 7+ years of experience in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research and applications across the consumer journey (segmentation, concept development and testing, advertising development to evaluation, shopper insights across the omni channel, brand tracking, marketplace trends, product research, satisfaction tracking).
8. Knowledge in advanced analytics.
9. Experience the client side, ideally FMCG or apparel, or in consulting, working with a strong Insights organisation.
10. Strong business sense and success in applying insights in organisations to drive business impact
