As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a vital role in reaching our ambitious targets for both customer acquisition and revenue growth. Supporting the commercial teams, you identify new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow up and outbound targeted engagement while clearly comprehending customer needs and what the Barco portfolio can offer. You will interact directly with customers, partners, and various Barco departments, aiming to be a genuine Barco ambassador with a high customer first attitude.
Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Representative covers all Barcos business units with the following activities:
Within the EMEA region:
* Maintain CRM module:
o Validate, enrich, and qualify enquiries/leads sourced through various channels.
o Assign leads to the correct sales manager or partners.
* Communicate directly through phone:
o Answer incoming prospect or customer questions with accumulated knowledge.
o Facilitate virtual product demos and arrange appointments with sales.
o Assist with handling relational NPS detractors that are pre sales related.
* Support projects initiated by marketing or sales teams to gain more leads.
* Occasionally join customer meetings or support events in your region.
On a global scale:
* Share best practices with the global team to improve conversion and marketing ROI.
* Track and optimize commercial questions and responses through our chatbot.
What do you have to offer?
* Preferably a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience in a commercial or customer service environment; 4+ years of proven inside sales experience is preferred.
* Fluency in French, Spanish, and English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
* Ability to work independently in an international environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and a strong technical interest.
* Willingness to become a true Barco ambassador.
* Strong supportive attitude and willingness to help sales and channel managers.
* Commercial can do attitude.
* Strong problem solving skills and ownership of issues.
* Creative mindset for brainstorming new ideas.
* Excellent computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office package.
* Knowledge of lead management systems and/or CRM tools is an asset.
