* POSITION SUMMARY
The Communication and Culture Specialist for AXA Partners Truck, Trailer & Tyre division aims to support the communications and culture within the division.
He/she Will Play a Key Role In
* Developing and implementing comprehensive communication and culture strategies that align with the company, the Region and AXA Partners Truck, Trailer & Tyre division business goals and objectives.
* Managing communications to ensure consistent messaging for all AXA Partners Truck, Trailer & Tyre division employees.
* Creating, editing, and distributing engaging content across the different channels/platforms, internal and external.
* Collaborating with different leaders, teams and departments to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication.
* Actively contribute to the integration and engagement of all hubs distributed in several locations around Europe.
* Promote organisational culture and values, ensuring they are visible, embedded and upheld contribute to the consolidation of a common culture across the hubs.
This person will manage the communications and culture for the AXA Partners Truck, Trailer & Tyre division working closely with the regional (MedLA), central and local comms teams.
* DIMENSIONS OF ROLE
The role is an individual contributor but will work in close collaboration with other communications and HR professionals in the Regional, Central, Local teams and within all the AXA Partners Truck, Trailer & Tyre division hubs. The role reports to the regional Communications, CR and D&I Manager.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage AXA Partners Truck, Trailer & Tyre division Internal and External Comms, creating a strategy and Comms plan aligned with the global and regional strategy, tools and campaigns.
* Participate in monthly global communication meetings and in weekly global newsroom to ensure alignment of communications strategies at all levels, as well as to ensure two-way communication and synergies.
* Optimize the communication collaborative internal tool (POP): update content on a regular basis and encourage the adoption of this tool by AXA Partners Truck, Trailer & Tyre division employees.
* LinkedIn: create content on a regular basis about AXA Partners Truck, Trailer & Tyre division.
* Organize and/or communicate internal events: Town Hall, Leadership Team coffees, talks, Wellbeing, CR and D&I, etc.
* Support internal clients: advise on, develop and implement support materials and communication plans relating to their specific areas in line with the priorities of the business line, the company and AXA’s global communication plan.
* Design, implement and execute Employee Engagement strategy to maximize levels of employee engagement and retention, including Pulse surveys.
* Design and implement strategy to drive the cultural evolution, engaging leaders and managers within AXA Partners Truck, Trailer & Tyre division.
* Foster strong collaboration with the Global comms team and the Local Comms teams, and amongst the Comms Teams within the region. Ensure the follow-up for the various global campaigns launched in their region.
Your Profile
Background And Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Human Resources.
* 3-5 years of experience as a Communication Specialist or a similar role in communications.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Strong understanding of corporate communication principles, crisis communication strategies, people and culture.
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* High level of creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop innovative communication solutions.
* Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Capability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to create communication plans and deliver impactful communications programs, including message and strategy development, planning and targeting communications for different audiences.
* Good practice of MS Office suite. Proficiency in using collaborative tools, social media and digital technology.
