You will contribute proactively to sustain and grow our business to achieve long term success within the foodservice channels. Function: Approaching the foodservice market with a strategic mindset focusing on core channels and building knowledge and strategies per market to grow in these channels. In your core channel, you will be the SPOC for the local key account manager and you will take the lead in collaboration initiatives (meetings, visits, reports, etc.). Lead projects in collaboration with local key account managers and Frozen International Teams (Brand Marketing, Category Management, Sourcing, NPD) to develop best practices, product concepts, and value adding initiatives in the core channels. Responsible for a portfolio of strategic International key Accounts in foodservice. Expand strong relationships with all stakeholders (purchase/npd/chef/category manager) and act as the single point of contact between their headquarters and LLBG. Work closely with the local key account managers'' team to develop cross border business with key accounts to expand our international collaboration. Stimulate local key accounts to identify new growth opportunities with existing key accounts by joining them and supporting them in organizing product presentations and co creation events. Acquire a thorough understanding of the International bakery and on the go food market and translate foodservice trends into key account solutions meeting their needs and requirements. Centralize, analyze, and map key account data in a structured way (product portfolio, pricing, sales figures, customer info, market data, and analyses). Prepare customized presentations. Your Profile: Commercially oriented: can discuss and negotiate with customers and book results. Have strategic and creative thinking with a great customer understanding. Stimulating based on good cooperation applying a high degree of empathy while working with people. Can work according to a Project methodology (LLBG organizes training). Work independently, fast learner, motivated, and proactive. Fluently in English; other languages are a plus. Willing to travel approximately 30% in Europe/Middle East.
