We are currently recruiting a Part-time Office Assistant (~20 hours/week, from Monday to Wednesday noon) for one of our clients, an international company located in Brussels, easily accessible by public transportation.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily planning of the meeting rooms
2. Responsible for an impeccable state of the client area
3. Welcome clients
4. Prepare meeting rooms
5. Organise breakfast and/or lunch for meetings and seminars
6. Book taxi’s, restaurants and hotels
7. Help in the organisation of internal events
Profile:
8. Perfectly trilingual (French-Dutch-English)
9. Experience in a similar position
10. Very good presentation and positive minded
11. Reliable, result-oriented, service-minded, stress resistant and flexible
12. Good attention to detail and natural ability to work accurately and independently
13. Good communication and organisational skills
14. Excellent knowledge on MS Office
