Your Key Responsibilities
1. You lead and execute various HR focused projects for a variety of clients within various sectors.
2. You integrate the HR team of your client for a specified period to provide hands-on support in key HR operations
3. You think strategically while delivering tactically. Willing to roll-up-sleeves and get the job done.
4. You quickly understand and apply information and best practices to contribute to the organization’s strategic plan and business needs.
5. You will help your clients create a positive, productive, and engaging workplace.
6. You will play a pivotal role in securing the continuity and efficiency of your clients’ HR Operations.
7. Depending on your expertise and interest (because we want you to love what you do!), projects will include: Recruitment, Learning & Development, Payroll, HR Business Partnering, Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, HR Project Management,...
Your Profile
You have:
8. A Master degree.
9. 2-3 years of relevant HR experience in the field
10. You demonstrate strong business acumen and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
11. You are a strategic thinker with a passion for HR and
12. Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and French. Next to that, you are fluent in English
13. You enjoy change and are eager to learn.
14. You have a natural talent for building trusted customer relationships.
