We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Global Head of Brand to shape and safeguard our global brand presence and narrative. As the Global Head of Brand, your mission is to lead the development and implementation of a cohesive, impactful brand strategy for Stanley/Stella (ST/ST) on a global scale. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening ST/STs position as a market leader by increasing brand awareness and ensuring a seamless brand experience across touchpoints and markets. This role is critical as we expand into new geographies and need a global brand identity that resonates across markets and customer segments, with sustainability at heart. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including Communication, Design, Decoration, Sustainability, Product, and HR, as well as external partners. Additionally, you will build and lead a team of experts across branding, events/public relations (PR), and sustainability communication.
Main Responsibilities
AND DEVELOPMENT & SAFEGUARDING
* Crystallize the global brand vision in collaboration with senior management, shaping and overseeing ST/STs global visual and textual (copywriting) brand identity alongside the communication team.
* Develop and maintain branding guidelines, key messages for each brand pillar that resonate with target audiences (especially our accounts and their customers), and a comprehensive brand platform, ensuring a clear and coherent narrative across all touchpoints.
* Lead training for internal teams on brand identity, storytelling, and core messages to ensure alignment across the organization, effectively turning each employee into ambassadors of the brands DNA.
* Partner with internal teams, including product, sales, and sustainability, to ensure that brand messaging is accurately reflected across all touchpoints.
* Set and monitor KPIs to measure brand awareness, recognition, and loyalty, providing data driven insights to optimize the brands global presence, in collaboration with the communication team.
SUSTAINABILITY COMMUNICATION
* Dedicate specific focus on developing sustainability as a central pillar of ST/STs brand positioning and storytelling, documenting our concrete actions and standing out from competition.
* Lead annual sustainability report development in strong collaboration with the sustainability team, providing a compelling and accurate view of our sustainability efforts across the globe.
