Job Title
Inside Sales Representative, responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities within a specified geographic territory and/or customer segment (small to medium deals) remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets.
* Uses virtual selling tools (video calls, live presentations - Teams, Zoom) to establish and develop relationships with top level executives.
* Coordinates and participates in RFP/RFI responses and follow-up.
* Promotes and sells products, services and solutions through direct contacts, virtual events and road shows (webinars).
* Delivers business or product presentations using virtual selling tools, and brings product experts to enhance the relationship and improve the probability of successful sales.
* Identifies customer specific needs and delivers compelling virtual sessions to present proposals.
* Manages and negotiates to achieve deal closure using various digital communication channels.
* Participates in campaign driven sales process, handles leads created as part of the campaigns, and reports on campaign progress.
* Provides insights and market intelligence to Inside Sales Head (Cluster) on weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Requirements:
* Techical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline.
* Knowledge of the Amadeus business and its relation to own area.
* Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions.
