We are currently looking for a Digital Strategy / CRM Consultant to join our team.
Mission Context:
As a Digital Strategy / CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for advising and supporting the management of channels and customer relationship tools. The mission offers the possibility of remote work in consultation with the supervisor; however, a presence on-site in Gosselies for a minimum of 2 days per week is mandatory. Travel to other sites may also be considered.
The objective is twofold:
* Boost the digitization of customer interactions
* Develop the essential foundations of the new CRM tool to meet customer needs.
Main Tasks:
* Define and document the channel strategy, promoting the transfer of interactions to the digital and self-service channel.
* Implement tracking tools to effectively manage the channel strategy.
* Establish a list of key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the strategy and ensure continuous improvement.
* Provide advice on the foundations and essential features of CRM, as well as the implementation path.
* Optimize customer journeys to ensure a high adoption rate.
* Promote a "customer-oriented" attitude in all interactions.

Technical Skills:
* Proven experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.
* Professional experience with CRM channel strategy.
* Experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of digital strategies.
* Experience in the implementation of a CRM tool.
* Experience in the analysis and development of processes.
