As the Facility Assistant, your tasks will be to:
* Handlefacilitymaintenancerequests
* Coordinate with different suppliers
* Administrative follow-up checks and tasks related to facility management
* Verify with employees that everything about the building is working properly
* Follow-up on projects
* A first experience in administration or facility
* A professional fluent level in Dutch and English is required
* Knowledge of French is an asset
* Proactive attitute, eagerness to learn and organized
* Good team-spirit but with the capability to work on an autonomous manner
* Reliable, trustworthy
* Good communication skills
