The role involves defining, implementing, and managing a consistent Change Management framework to oversee and ensure effective business engagement during transformations. This position will connect various transformation programs and expert teams, ensuring successful change management within an internal transformation program in collaboration with the Transformation partner.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the internal transformation program, ensuring successful user engagement, adoption, and human change management.
* Develop and implement a reusable change management methodology and framework for all programs.
* Coordinate with internal marketing, HR, and Learning & Development teams to ensure consistent communication and engagement strategies.
* Interface with various stakeholders to align change management efforts across different programs.
* Ensure the well-being of employees during transitions by implementing effective change management practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a change management role, preferably across multiple companies.
* Proven project management skills, including project planning, task management, and leading workstreams.
Must have skills:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to create understandable and engaging documentation and presentation materials.
* Experience with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or KOTTER
* Ability to work with external suppliers and manage relationships effectively.

* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
