Within the Sales Development Team, our department takes responsibility for the applications that are key for the entire sales organisation to perform each one of its daily business activities. Within our portfolio of apps, we are responsible for CRM and CPQ solutions among others, so our activity enables the sales teams throughout Europe to manage accounts, configure, price, and quote our complete offer to the market, what an amazing mission! We are in touch with all business areas, Marketing and Sales Companies, and operational departments, so you will be deep diving into every aspect of our products and services portfolio.
Together with the team, your position plays a pivotal role between the business needs and making them real in all the applications we have in the Sales & Marketing area, covering:
* Maintenance and development of existing and new tools
* Understanding, specifying, and supporting business requirements from the network
* Supporting developers to find the best solution to a business requirement
* Testing in detail maintenance solutions and new developments, documenting them, and training the network
* Supporting the maintenance team from IT with business knowledge to have tickets solved
* Updating applications (gathering input from the network, and structuring it into the correct format to be uploaded into the applications)
Your skills, knowledge and abilities
We are looking for a person who thrives on challenges, likes to understand why things are happening in a system, and is organised in task follow-up.
* Interest in applications maintenance according to their behaviour and logic
* Analytical approach to testing
* Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into process/tool solutions
* Creativity to find alternative solutions
* Ability to communicate with different cultures and positions
* English is a must; any other language is an asset
* Ability to handle challenges and stressful situations
* Team player
* Formal background is a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent in experience) in an appropriate area (sales administration/support, commercial, finance, tech)
