Join an innovative and dynamic company that stands out for its excellence and expertise. As the Senior HR Manager (m/f/x) for Belgium, you will be in charge of the entire HR & Admin scope for Belgium. Overseeing both hard and soft HR topics, as well as fleet, health and safety, and prevention.
As a Senior HR Manager (m/f/x), your duties will include:
* Managing the payroll process and fleet management;
* Overseeing the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs;
* Managing employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution;
* Leading organizational development initiatives;
* Leading and developing a high-performing HR team;
* Leading the talent acquisition function;
* Developing and executing the overall HR strategy;
* Organising events for employees;
* Managing all administrative matters in Belgium.
The ideal candidate should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, a Master's degree is an asset;
* Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR leadership role;
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices;
* Experience with HR systems and HR analytics is an asset;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
* Ability to work independently;
* Proficiency in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
