The National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance (INAMI-RIZIV) aims to enhance its Portfolio and Project Maturity by introducing a new Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tool. This initiative will support both waterfall and agile project methodologies. The expert portfolio manager will lead the selection and gradual implementation of the PPM system, focusing on stakeholder engagement, change management, and ensuring alignment between portfolio processes and PPM tooling.
The role involves conducting workshops, organizing meetings to gather requirements, and documenting business processes in alignment with INAMI-RIZIV’s strategy. The selected candidate will also coach the PMO community on adopting new processes and tools. Moreover, they will collaborate closely with the Strategy & Organization department, ensuring knowledge transfer to internal staff to support future project methodology improvements.
