1. Managing agendas
2. Managing phone calls, emails and correspondence
3. Arranging travels
4. Managing expense notes
5. Organising meetings
6. Preparing files, reports and other documents
7. Preparing, proofreading and correcting PowerPoint presentations
8. Booking and managing meeting rooms
9. Adapting documents layout
10. Filing and archiving
11. And more!
Profile:
12. You are perfectly bilingual French-English (verbal and written skills)
13. You ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Office Management or equivalent by experience
14. You have 2-3 years’ experience in a Management Assistant role (ideally in the financial, consulting or legal sector)
15. You have a good knowledge of MS Office
16. You are professional, proactive, stress-resistant, flexible and have an excellent corporate presentation
17. You are reliable, ambitious, rigorous and have good communication and organisational skills
