Since then, Thaleria has grown to over 120 professionals focusing on 3 main activities in the fields of Software Development, Data & AI, and Cloud Services: On-premises consulting in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.Fixed-price project development from our delivery centre in Lisbon.Emerging technologies research and development from our Thaleria Labs in Amsterdam.Thaleria’s DNA is that of a young team, supportive, driven and dedicated, rapidly growing in a competitive market, all the while keeping our core values above all else: putting our staff’s well-being at the center of everything we do.What you’ll doThaleria's client within the European Institutions in Brussels is currently looking for the following profile:Coordination of the user documentation function and related training activities of the unitMonitoring of work carried out by the team to ensure service qualityElaboration of user documentation for information systems Elaboration and subsequent delivery of IS trainingsCoaching of first level and 2nd level support servicesCreation of wiki pages, collaborative sites pagesCreation of videos in order to explain the use of software to usersProvide guidance using social networksWriting IS on-line helpGuidance regarding the use of information systemsUser managementReviewing training materialInteraction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders, testers, developers, ...Participation in team meetings, project meetings of other teams, meeting with business services or other stakeholdersReporting to managementOptionally provision of quality control tests associated with the tools developed QualificationsC1 level of English minimum. Any level of French is an asset.Building training material, proficient in infrastructural design theories methodologiesOnline teaching methods, Drupal good to have, analysis and problem-solving skills (easier to go through the documents), Jira etc.At least 4 years of experience with ConfluenceAt least 4 years of experience with JiraVideo processing knowledge
