o Manage emails, respond to client requests, and handle internal communication.
o Assist with the preparation and management of invoices, quotes, and billing.

o Oversee and update project and job schedules to ensure timely completion.
o Manage supplier orders and track deliveries.
o Assist with the scheduling and coordination of technicians' daily tasks and interventions.
* Client Interaction and Support:
o Respond to client intervention requests and manage job details.
o Assist the CEO in maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Technical Understanding:
o While not a hands-on technical role, understanding technical terms and project requirements will be essential for effective communication with technicians and clients.
o Prepare reports on technical work and project statuses.
The successful candidate will be:
* Experienced: 5-10 years as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally within a technical or construction-related environment.
* Organized: Strong skills in managing invoices, quotes, scheduling, and supplier orders, with a high level of attention to detail.
* Technically Literate: Comfortable with technical terms and able to communicate effectively with technicians.
* Proactive & Autonomous: Self-motivated, able to anticipate needs, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Personable: Curious, adaptable, and a team player who can support the CEO in various tasks.
* Language Skills: Fluent in French and at least conversational in Dutch for client and team communication.
