Job Description
* Leading and Coaching: Daily management of data center technicians and supervisors, including task allocation, follow-up, and guiding their professional development through coaching and feedback.
* Ensuring Quality and Safety: Monitoring compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards, and implementing improvement measures following incidents or audits.
* Developing Procedures: Drafting, implementing, and managing work procedures and technical instructions to ensure consistency, quality, and safety.
* Project and Planning Coordination: Creating and managing project schedules, aligning staff, equipment, and budgets, and resolving potential bottlenecks in consultation with other departments.
* Technical Support: Acting as one of the points of contact for technical questions and facilitating efficient problem-solving within the team.
* Reporting and Improvement: Monitoring project progress and results, reporting to management, and focusing on continuous improvement.
This role involves coordinating projects, developing procedures, and ensuring quality and safety in collaboration with relevant departments. The successful candidate will lead a technical team, foster the growth of team members, and contribute to a sustainable and innovative organization.
