Job Description:
We are seeking a junior real estate, regulatory and litigation lawyer to join our team of experienced attorneys led by Philip Peerens.
The successful candidate will work on a wide range of challenging legal matters in administrative and real estate law, acquiring valuable experience in advisory and litigation files.
Key Activities:
* Real Estate Matters: Assist with the acquisition and sale of real estate and companies, structuring of rights in rem, joint ventures, leases, and ESG and renewable energy projects.
* Advisory Services: Provide pragmatic advice to clients on public procurement matters, public service concessions, grant agreements, zoning and environmental law, regulatory matters, and general administrative law.
* Commercial Litigation: Work on challenging disputes related to contractual issues, commercial leases, construction works, corporate litigation, shareholders' disputes, finance law disputes, and business-related legal disputes.
Your Profile:
* Qualifications: Hold a Master's degree in Law and/or a postgraduate degree in 'notariaat/notariat';
* Experience: Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience;
* Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in French, Dutch, and English;
* Skillset: Creative problem-solving, teamwork, and academic pursuits (optional).
