Role:
As a Field Service Sales Specialist, you are the key commercial link for field services, serving our customers, partners, and the field sales team. You provide sales support for service contracts, scheduled maintenance visits, and emergency interventions for Fike systems. You respond to customer requests and proactively reach out to inform them about service contracts and maintenance needs for their Fike systems.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Managing service requests from customers, the sales team, and field service engineers.
* Creating, logging, and updating contacts, quotes, and documents in CRM (Salesforce.com, SFDC).
* Identifying needs, calculating costs, and providing quotations to customers based on information gathered from customers or the field sales team.
* Monitoring contract expiration dates and systems requiring maintenance, and taking appropriate actions.
* Ensuring all relevant information is shared with the service team before intervention.
* Updating orders or issuing credit notes when discrepancies arise between quoted and actual activities or materials used.
* Following up on quotations via email, phone, and video communication in collaboration with field sales teams.
* Ensuring the client offers the highest value with a "customer-first" approach, positioning the client as the preferred supplier/partner by focusing on on-time delivery (OTD), quality, technical support, product application, and customer ROI.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or a combination of high school education and experience in a technical/commercial field.
* Ability to understand customer applications and challenges, gather relevant data, analyze it, and draw conclusions.
* Ability to share knowledge across multiple teams.
* Proficiency in English, Dutch, and (basic) French.
