Our client has an international, multilingual support platform dedicated to ensuring that vehicles and trucks experiencing breakdowns are quickly back on the road. You will be part of a close-knit team, working under the guidance of a team leader and with the support of helpful colleagues. In this role, you'll meet people with unique stories and backgrounds, with plenty of opportunities to grow and learn something new every day.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Handling phone calls and emails: answering customer inquiries and communicating with relevant parties.
• Gathering and verifying the accuracy and completeness of information.
• Providing technical support and coordinating with workshops.
• Keeping customers and all other involved parties updated.
• Monitoring and ensuring that all agreements are adhered to.
• Managing contract-related matters within specified deadlines.
• Working Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work on Saturdays during busy periods.
Profiel
Required Knowledge and Experience:
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch, Polish, and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Technical Knowledge: A background in automotive or tire-related fields is a plus.
• No specific work experience required.
Skills:
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy.
• Able to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure.
Job-Related Competencies:
• Redirecting calls to the appropriate contact (technician, salesperson, customer representative, etc.).
• Introducing yourself over the phone and verifying the customer's identity and details (customer number, address, etc.).
• Informing customers about product features and advising them in their choices.
• Checking product or service availability and processing orders or reservations.
• Identifying the purpose of each call (order, sales, information, assistance, etc.) and providing appropriate support.
Wat je van ons krijgt
What we offer:
• A full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work Saturdays during busy periods.
• Meal vouchers worth €7 per working day.
• A gross salary of €2700, plus an additional bonus of €1.39 per hour for night shifts. (Possible night hours if you are open to this)
• Upon successful completion of the interim period: a permanent contract with a gross salary increase +access to a group insurance plan and health insurance.
