Job Description
The Employment Law practice handles high-profile and complex employment matters, including prominent restructurings frequently covered in the media. As part of the growing team, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Work on a variety of challenging cases, including collective and individual employment law matters.
* Assist clients with drafting and terminating employment contracts, managing collective redundancies, and addressing employment aspects of corporate restructurings.
* Engage in a mix of transactional, advisory, and litigation work, providing comprehensive solutions to clients.
* Collaborate directly with the legal and HR teams of major companies, building strong professional relationships.
* Contribute to cross-border projects, working alongside colleagues and clients worldwide.

The Successful Applicant
We seek a talented and motivated lawyer who is ready to make an impact. Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience: 1 to 5 years in employment law, with a proven track record in both advisory and litigation work.
* Education: A first-class Belgian Master degree in Law, possibly complemented by further education abroad or a postgraduate degree in employment law.
* Language Skills: Dutch as a native language, with excellent proficiency in English or French.
* Competencies: Strong analytical abilities, exceptional drafting and presentation skills, commercial awareness, and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Personality: A pragmatic, creative thinker who thrives in complexity, values teamwork, and strives for excellence.
