Job Description:
As Regional P&O Business Partner you play a critical role in partnering with some of the EFNLT and their respective organisations. In partnership with the Regional P&O Director the regional BP develops and deploys functional people plans inclusive of talent, organisational development, culture and performance, all supported by Mars Signature programmes. Additionally, the Business Partner will play a key role in delivery of the Global Food & Nutrition people strategy.
What are we looking for?
1. Minimum 8-10 years’ experience as HR generalist/professionalism/BP. Experience with MNC or global corporation with ability to translate global programs into locally suitable solutions.
2. Strong consulting skills and ability to leverage expertise to design and deploy impactful people solutions.
3. Good business acumen and experience
4. Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
5. Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task and capable of establishing priorities
6. Strong analytical, consultation skill, coaching and problem-solving
7. Must be able to demonstrate strong verbal & written communication in French
What will be your key responsibilities?
8. Partner with the P&O Head to establish short-term and long-term goals to drive business success, ensure the people agenda lives and is actioned upon within the unit, and drive associate advocacy.
9. Drive the organization to bring to life a talent strategy that supports growth and associate development / engagement; keep a ‘pulse’ of the business and develop appropriate OD interventions that strength the health of the organization and enable a high performing culture.
10. Drive efficiency across the P&O operating model by: facilitating the adoption of Mars signature programs, leading and managing unit specific projects, providing P&O support to units, and interfacing with Line Managers.
11. Guide, support, and position MAS and Line Managers to most effectively and efficiently serve Mars associates. Address any escalated issues, as needed.
