MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
The primary purpose of this role is to manage and oversee daily marketing programs and activities, ensuring they align with the organization's short and long-term business objectives. This role also ensures compliance with regulations and standards, while safeguarding the organization's public reputation. This position is based in Brussels, Belgium, and reports to the Marketing Director EMEA.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Create and execute marketing strategies for the organization’s products and services to achieve established targets.
2. Market Research and Product Development: Conduct market research and oversee product development and design to ensure market relevance and competitiveness.
3. Pricing and Product Launches: Set pricing strategies, launch new products, and oversee advertising campaigns to drive market penetration and growth.
4. Advertising and Media Management: Implement advertising objectives, recommend media choices, and allocate resources to ensure campaigns are effective, economical, and targeted to the intended audience.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other managers to integrate marketing activities with other business functions, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
6. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of marketing professionals to enhance their performance and professional growth.
