About the Role
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management and strategic growth of our operations in Europe and Asia. This is a key role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and multicultural leadership experience.

* Supervise and actively support department managers in achieving their goals.
Requirements
* Minimum 15 years' experience in a senior management role, preferably with international responsibility.
* In-depth knowledge of business processes such as finance, sales, production, and innovation.
* Analytically strong, with a focus on facts and data when making decisions.
* Strong communication skills and able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
* Multicultural leadership skills and experience managing teams in different countries.
* Results-oriented and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
* Diplomatic and able to build bridges between different stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills in N-F-E.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad.
