Starts in the Consulting practice, the AI & Data portfolio where we are looking to strengthen our team with a Director who leads strategic and business development in the area of TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications).
1. Lead strategic and business development in the area of TMT.
2. Manage projects from the inception phase to their final implementation and dissemination.
3. Business development & sales.
4. Take on a leading role in growing Deloitte AI & Data footprint in the local & international market.
5. Drive business development in TMT, exploring business needs, defining project proposals and presenting them to client leadership.
6. Delivering ‘AI & Data’ transformation projects at clients.
7. Develop blueprints for AI & Data and deliver transformation projects in the areas of business intelligence, data management, technology and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, and machine learning.
8. Establish long-term client relationships.
9. Team leadership.
10. Lead by example and act as an inspiring people manager, creating a positive working environment with maximum learning opportunities and exposure for your team members, encouraging every person in your team to further grow and develop their skills and career.
11. In partnership with HR, apply an innovative approach to Talent Management, enhancing retention and talent acquisition.
Let’s talk about you
1. +10 years’ experience in consulting and business development in a TMT context.
2. Hands-on consulting experience in developing blueprints for AI & Data, advising clients on how to generate value from their assets, leading assessments of the current situation and leading implementation projects.
3. Strong business development capabilities. Highly skilled in nurturing and building long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
4. You are recognized as a trusted advisor to senior management functions within our clients, ensuring the highest quality and ethical standards in client advice and relations.
5. Innovative mindset with strong communication, entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
6. Strong people management skills to drive a multi-disciplinary team forward.
7. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
