Our client, a prominent British Private Equity firm global reach is currently looking for an experienced Bilingual Executive Assistant to support their Head of Investor Relations (Partner).
Responsibilities (among others) will include:
* Manage the Partner’s extensive diary with flexibility and ability to meet frequently changing diary requirements
* Strategic set up of meetings/video calls with multiple participants based across differing time zones with potential investors including (HNWIs, global pension funds, insurance groups, sovereign funds)
* Manage inbox/email and ensuring items actioned on behalf of Partner
* Take ownership of worldwide travel logistics and itineraries: flights, hotels, visas, transfers etc. often subject to last minute changes (mainly global investor roadshows and fundraising efforts)
* Development of relationships with EAs of potential investors, current investors and global team of in house EAs
* Prepare presentations for internal/external meetings
* Coordinate with London HQ for administrative needs
* Ensure partner is correctly prepped for meetings with relevant materials (pitch decks, prep notes, iPad set up, memos, presentations)
* Reconcile credit card and submit multi-currency expense reports using Concur
* Able to take on ad hoc project management of tasks
* Ad hoc support as required
Candidates must have a bilingual level of English/Spanish and a relevant University degree. A solid grasp of standard Tech and applications (Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, CRM software, etc.) is required. It is essential that candidates hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience - financial services desirable (global investor relations will be viewed favourably).
The ideal candidate will be comfortable and capable working in a dynamic environment, taking last minute changes in their stride. They will be able to forge a relationship built on skills and trust and the boundaries required. Proactivity and a low ego approach are essential for this position. As this is a parental leave, it’s essential the chosen candidate can “hit the ground running” and work with limited guidance.
Location – Madrid, Castellana
Salary – Circa €50,000
Timetable - Full time (generally 9-18h but flexibility to occasionally start earlier and work later depending on coverage)
