Duties & Role:
* Online training on the NPCL solution (M365).
* One-day familiarization training in Brussels.
* Additional remote lifecycle support training during the rollout.
* Support users during the transition (50 users/day).
* Assist with device enrollment (laptops, mobile phones, etc.)
* Troubleshoot technical issues using the issue database and JIRA system.
* Provide direct support during training sessions and address technical queries.
* Perform IT tasks (account resets, updating logs, etc.).
* Manage equipment logistics (handouts, transport, disposal of obsolete devices).
* Suggest improvements in processes and documentation.
* Identify vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures.
* Keep records updated and contribute to the knowledge base.
* Manage travel and logistics per NCI Agency directives.
* Ensure clearance and VISA requirements for NATO locations.
* Handle administrative coordination and time management for staff.
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
* Proficiency with end-user devices (Windows and Apple iOS) and M365 tools.
* Strong troubleshooting and guidance abilities.
* Experience with PowerShell and Power Automate.
* Excellent verbal/written English; ability to simplify technical terms.
* User satisfaction, empathy, and problem resolution.
* Effective task prioritization and detailed documentation.
* Teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Desirable Experience and Education:
* EU nationality, NATO Secret clearance.
* Proficiency in English (French is an advantage).
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive situations.
* Availability to travel to other countries (Norway, Poland, Portugal, UK, Germany, Italy, NLD, Turkey, UK, Germany, Spain, Belgium.)
