Job Description
* Own the recruitment process from start to finish across multiple countries (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France).
* Proactively source and engage top talent through innovative strategies and external partnerships-LinkedIn holds no secrets for you!
* Guide hiring managers through the selection process using ATS system to ensure the best fit for each role.
* Provide support when it comes to employer branding strategy to position the company as a top employer in the market.
* Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, making sure new employees feel welcome and integrate smoothly into our culture.
* Support managers in talent development, helping internal talent grow and advance within the organization.
* Lead and contribute to key HR projects, including the implementation of digital HR tools and systems.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within commercial, marketing, FMCG, or pharma sectors.
* A master's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
* Fluent in Dutch, with strong proficiency in French and English.
* A collaborative mindset-you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
* Analytical and solutions-oriented, with the ability to quickly connect the dots.
* A passion for HR and business partnering, with a desire to take the lead on strategic projects.
