Sales Executive (SaaS) – Belgium
We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in selling Cloud, Software, IT Solutions, or Services to join our team in Belgium. This role involves both direct sales and product-led growth strategies. You should be fluent in Dutch and French, with a professional level of English.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Executive at Wello Solutions, you will help grow our business by selling our Field Service Management solutions to key decision-makers.
Your role includes:
* Managing the entire sales cycle—from finding leads to closing deals.
* Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
* Building relationships with decision-makers to drive sales.
* Following up with potential customers to convert interest into sales.
* Working with marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns.
* Recording interactions in CRM for future reference.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek a candidate with:
* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, handling complex accounts.
* A strong ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
* A track record of closing deals and creating sales strategies.
* Experience in explaining software solutions and their value.
* The ability to manage multiple opportunities at different sales stages.
* A team-oriented mindset, working closely with marketing and delivery teams.
* Fluency in English, French and Dutch (Spanish is a plus).
* Preferably based in or near Brussels.
