As a Customer Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of helping our clients achieve unprecedented SEO results. You will work within a team of talented SEO customer success managers who are passionate about content, data, and the ever-evolving industry.
Being a SEO Success Manager at Semactic is:
* Understand your clients' challenges, their competitive environment, their users' research, and the usual customer journeys.
* Conduct analyses and define the strategies necessary for the launch of your clients' projects, based on their needs (the 'setup' phase): technical SEO audit, advanced semantic analyses, definition of an optimized site structure, etc.
* Help them define their goals and success metrics, and ensure they use Semactic effectively.
* Provide them with proactive and optimal support through the platform and regular interactions (usually via video conference): onboarding, project tracking, recurring calls, etc.
* Effectively combine your SEO expertise with the use of the Semactic platform to help your clients achieve significant growth in SEO.
* Closely monitor our platform's usage by clients and regularly provide them with advice, information, and strategies to improve their search engine optimization results.
* Build strong relationships with them by positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and a leader in SEO strategy
* Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and revenue for your clients through proactive analysis of results and search engine optimization implementations
* Regularly monitor SEO trends and identify opportunities for our clients, the Customer Success Management team, and Semactic in general.
* Contribute to SEO-related content: white papers, blog posts, LinkedIn publications, videos...
* You are the voice of our customers, you regularly provide feedback to the marketing and product teams, and you identify upselling opportunities for your clients.
You are the person we are looking for if you have:
* An initial professional experience, ideally in the digital marketing sector
* A good understanding of the fundamentals of search engine optimization and how to conduct a technical and semantic SEO audit
* Good knowledge of the latest developments and trends in search engine optimization
* Knowledge or familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and other tools/technologies used to develop and track SEO strategies
* Perfect command of French or Dutch and good command of English (essential); knowledge of another national or European language would be a serious asset
* A passion for customer relations and finding solutions
* Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve tangible results.
* A constant desire to learn and challenge oneself to make progress every day.
* A master's degree in management, marketing, or communication, or equivalent experience in a field relevant to the position (your personality and background are more important to us than your education).
