As we continue our strong growth trajectory, we are looking for a Finance Director to be the cornerstone of our financial strategy and operations.
You will be the financial architect behind Bluecrux’s growth. As Finance Director, you ensure the financial backbone is solid while steering key strategic initiatives. You’ll combine a sharp financial mindset with the ability to oversee legal, tax, treasury, and compliance matters across our global footprint.
As part of our Operating Management Team, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and report directly to our CEO, playing a key role in shaping the financial future of Bluecrux and making Finance a true business partner.
Key Responsibilities
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Financial Strategy
* Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support business growth and profitability in collaboration with our CEO and the Board of Directors
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, BU Leads and Management Team
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
* Manage relationships with financial institutions (banks) and auditors
Financial Operations, Controlling & Reporting
* Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with BEGAAP and local regulations
* Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial health
* Supervise accounting, tax, treasury, and audit functions across multiple geographies
* Leverage financial technology and automation to improve reporting and decision-making
Business Performance & Risk Management
* Drive financial analysis, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making
* Identify risks and implement financial controls to ensure compliance and security
* Lead cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
* Ensure tax efficiency and regulatory compliance (both direct as indirect taxes) in all countries (together with local advisors)
Legal & compliance
* Lead corporate governance efforts: set up new entities, oversee intercompany transfer pricing agreements, and maintain board documentation.
* Review and streamline commercial contracts and legal templates in collaboration with external legal advisors.
* Support trademark management, compliance with ISMS policies, and the handling of potential claims.
* Be involved in legal and compliance topics supporting our international business.
Team leadership
* Lead and mentor the finance & legal team of 6, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning.
* Act as a sparring partner for internal stakeholders such as Business Unit leaders and Group Services.

About you
You are an experienced finance leader with a passion for driving business success in a dynamic, international environment. You bring a solid track record in financial management, treasury, and structuring, and you are eager to make an impact in a high-growth setting.
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with solid expertise in international finance, treasury management, and corporate structuring, including at least 3 years in a Head of Finance, Controlling or equivalent leadership role.
* A Master’s degree in Finance, business economics or a related field.
* A sharp understanding of SaaS, consulting, or other fast-paced environments—experience in a scale-up or high-growth business is a plus.
* Process oriented: in the next years we will have to establish strong process foundations to support our growth. This is a key attention area
* Team: you know how to build an effective & efficient team. We need a high performance finance team & output.
* A strategic and hands-on approach: you can balance long-term financial planning with operational execution to deliver both immediate and sustainable results.
* A natural ability to lead and drive initiatives: you are experienced in project and stakeholder management and can influence across all levels of the organization.
* Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity, you thrive in entrepreneurial settings where structures are still evolving.
* Familiarity with legal, compliance, and tax matters, with the ability to challenge and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
