This is not an executional role—it’s about maximizing impact, driving media excellence, and challenging agency performance to deliver better outcomes across paid media and SEO activities.Responsibilities:1. Strategic Agency ManagementAct as the subject matter expert and internal consultant for Paid Media and SEO.Manage day-to-day collaboration and performance reviews.Ensure alignment between brand goals and agency outputs.Identify areas of improvement and push for optimizations in media plans and SEO strategies.2. Retail & Paid Media Strategy (Amazon and Beyond)Provide expertise on retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP).Guide campaign strategy including keyword research, audience targeting, and media placements.Evaluate campaign structures, A/B testing efforts, and bid strategies.Advise on integrating media with promotional activities.3. SEO & Organic Growth OversightProvide strategic guidance on technical and on-page SEO improvements.Challenge and align agency’s SEO initiatives with brand objectives.Evaluate search visibility, keyword rankings, and organic performance trends.4. Performance & Insight ReportingReview and interpret campaign reports (ROAS, CTR, CPC, Impressions).Benchmark performance against competitors (e.g., Share of Voice analysis).Support the creation of dashboards and data visualization for internal stakeholders.5. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with at least three brand teams across Northern Europe.Facilitate communication between brand managers and the agency, ensuring clarity and shared objectives.Provide media/SEO input during campaign planning and product launches.6. Creative & Asset EvaluationSupport creative consistency across media assets.Provide input on ad copy, banners, and SEO content from a brand and performance lens.Qualifications:Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.3–5 years of experience in Paid Media, SEO, or E-commerce Marketing.Experience with Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD, DSP) is a plus.Proven experience in agency management and media strategy.FMCG background is a plusTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of paid media tools (Amazon Ads Manager, DSP, Meta, Google Ads).Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools.Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with tools like Helium 10, Perpetua, or similar.Reporting tool experience is a plus.Soft SkillsNative Dutch speaker.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strategic mindset with a proactive, data-driven approach.Ability to challenge constructively and manage expectations across multiple brands.WHAT WE OFFERRemote first Work Model: We enhance flexibility, foster productivity, and facilitate a healthier work-life balance for our employees!
