Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a head of Ethics Business Integrity Intercontinental and Partnershipswho is passionate, proactive, and collaborative to join us in our EBI team for the intercontinental region, based in our Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.About the roleAs a Regional Ethics Compliance Lead, you will work closely with the regional and local business teams covering Canada, Turkey, Brazil, and Mexico to drive the integration of ethics cutlure and compliance principle into their operations. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing compliance strategies and initiatives, managing compliance risks, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, industry codes, and company policies.Who you’ll work withYou will be working in a dynamic and diverse team, engaging with local leadership teams, assigned business functions, and various global and intercontinental EBI professionals. You will collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to maintain a high standard of ethical conduct and build a culture of integrity across the organization.What you’ll doServe as the primary contact of EBI for the assigned regions.Develop and localize compliance programs based on risk assessments.Advise business leaders on ethics and compliance matters and support decision-making.Conduct compliance training, education, and awareness sessions for internal and external partners.Collaborate with internal audit teams on audits and compliance monitoring.Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability throughout the organization.Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare law compliance, preferably in a multinational pharma company.
