To strengthen our Group Communication Team, based in Limelette, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Junior Group Communication Officer (VIE).
About the role
As a Junior Group Communication Officer (VIE), you will report to our Group Digital Communication Specialist and be part of the Group Communication Team.
You will support the development of the Digital and External Communications Strategy and support the team in their daily communication and marketing missions.
Your role and responsibilities:
Digital Communications:
1. Social media planning, execution and reporting to your team.
2. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to bring social media campaigns and initiatives to life.
3. Creating content (video, photo, interview) and being able to contribute with your creative ideas.
4. Supporting marketing initiatives.
External Communications:
5. Help maintain our Lhoist website by updating content.
6. Assist in creating communication materials (brochures, presentations, etc.).
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
8. Coordinate with internal teams for communication needs.
9. Support in organizing events (e.g. plant tours, webinars…).
About you:
10. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing or related field.
11. Good knowledge of Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop (Premiere is a plus).
12. Good organization; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
13. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
14. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
15. Analytical skills for monitoring and reporting on communication efforts.
16. Desire to learn every day and to have an impact in our industrial sector.
17. Languages: English is a must, and French is a plus.

V.I.E. Program (volontariat international en entreprise), is an international graduate program that allows EU graduates working with a team of experts abroad.
