Job Responsibilities
Develop the market strategy for training in consistency with Head Quarter, Sales & Marketing objectives. Manage the training activity and programs (in the classroom, on-line, e-learning and on the field) to ensure the retail sales goals of the company are achieved. Guarantee the brand & sales speech consistency at point of sales.
Manage the department team and budget, optimizing development costs and planning.
Main Responsibilities
DEVELOPMENT
1. Re-define local training strategies and structures, effectively supporting the brand sell-out strategies.
2. Develop and plan training in line with the marketing and sales strategy, and adapt strategy to retailer specific environment.
3. Contribute to business development in cooperation with marketing and sales team.
4. Develop the strategy and training programs by adapting corporate training modules, and be creative in inventing new ways for delivering trainings.
EXECUTION
1. Organize and deliver training programs for sell-out staff – both general training programs & individual coaching programs.
2. Liaise with commercial team to offer both an adapted expertise program as well as on-going novelty training, on field, in classroom, e-learning and via coaching programs.
3. Drive innovations in training format and ensure that My Beauty Play corporate tool is well used in BeNeLux.
4. Manage and follow-up on budget for training department, optimize costs and planning.
FOLLOW-UP
1. Head of Retail Education carries out part of his / her missions in the office, and does regular store visits to ensure training & coaching are optimal. He / she also carries out trainings on the field.
2. Monitors sell-out team performance together with Sales Directors BeLux & NL following training actions, as well as sell-out effectiveness of training activities.
3. Be proactive in proposing actions to improve service & sales efficiency of sell-out team especially in the perspective of LFB PRIDE Corporate project.
Profile
1. Strong experience in training including delivery of training (experience with the cosmetic industry and/or retail would be a plus).
2. Trilingual: Dutch, English & French.
3. Personal affinity with Givenchy & Kenzo brands.
4. Social skills: Leadership, Energetic, Sociable, Communicative, Positive, and Creative.
5. Excellent overall presentation.
6. Customer and sales focus.
7. Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Zoom, Wooclap.
