Your mission
The Sales Crew Lead - Enterprise is the owner of sales acquisition growth in the Enterprise segment.
As such, your targets are to achieve our annual member growth goals in this segment and continue to build and develop a high-performing, scalable go-to-market team to ensure we can grow exponentially to become the market owners by 2030 in Belgium.
More precisely, the role will entail:
* Defining goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue on the Enterprise segment.
* Mentoring and building a highly efficient and productive sales team (AEs, BDRs, Sales Associates) in a scalable model that enables high growth on the market.
* Recruiting, onboarding, and developing high performing and committed sales in Belgium while ensuring a progressive career path for the future.
* Empowering every member of the crew to reach personal and team targets. This includes day-to-day coaching, attending customer meetings, deal reviews, and creating and delivering trainings. You spend 80% of your time with your team and in the field.
* Directly contributing to key strategic deals being involved in the process to maximize performance.
* Collaborating with Marketing and Product to maximize the impact of lead generation, content, and feedback loops on products.
* Collaborating with the sales ops team to maximize sales efficiency (tooling, processes, business monitoring).
* Working cross-functionally internally to solve deal blockers on Enterprise deals (>2000 emp. companies).
* Working directly with all Senior stakeholders at Alan (GMs, CRO) to articulate our global go-to-market approach and create synergies with the other countries on all the different business lines.
Sales Team at Alan
Since we opened our Belgium market in 2020, we have experienced great momentum and traction. We’ve onboarded 1000+ companies and delighted 45,000+ members so far. Our local team is growing (so far we went from 0 to 50+ in just over 4 years).
We now want to take the market by storm and exponentially grow the business to ultimately become the market leader by 2030 in Belgium. Our sales team is the engine that drives our B-to-B customer reach. We want to keep that bar very high by hiring the most exceptional Sales!

Your profile
You will be a good fit to join the Sales team at Alan if you:
* Have extensive experience in sales team leadership and coaching senior teams.
* Have a strong background in sales within demanding environments (complex problems to solve and decision processes in highly competitive markets), with Enterprise sales experience.
* Are comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and managing uncertainty.
* Have experience in scaling sales teams at a high pace (X2, X3) or building sales teams from scratch.
* Have experience with and deployment of proven sales methodologies (Value Selling, Challenger Sale, ...).
* Are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems.
* Have experience collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Product, Sales Ops, Marketing, Operations, HR, etc.).
* Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
* Possess strong data skills and a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day one.
