Description Manage and maintain optimum inventory levels to meet customer demands. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to meet the company's objectives. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Develop and implement strategies to minimise supply chain disruptions. Review and analyse inventory reports to identify trends and make informed decisions. Work closely with the sales team to forecast demand accurately. Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery. Assist in the development of procurement and supply chain policies and procedures. Profile A successful Supply Planner should have: An educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in inventory management, procurement, and supply chain operations in the retail industry. Proficient knowledge of supply chain software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
