What will you do?
* Assist with the onboarding of new employees
* Manage the overall inventory of office and ensuring everything is stocked and organized
* Provide administrative support to management and other departments
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
* Organize events and meetings: from internal team gatherings to external events
Who are we looking for?
* Someone with a good level of English and Dutch/French
* Someone with strong organizational skills and a hands-on attitude.
* Experience in event planning and/or office management is a plus.
* You are detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
