Technical Application Manager – FreelanceFor an insurance client, we are looking for a Technical Application Manager to support daily operations across business-critical applications. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring timely ticket follow-up, hands-on problem-solving, and proper documentation of solutions and processes.This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site, focused on operational support, coordination, and minor technical changes.Strong experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and ticketing systems is required. A background in troubleshooting and a proactive mindset are essential.Responsibilities:Monitor and follow up on support tickets via ticketing system, email, or phone.Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve incidents and service requests.Coordinate planning of changes with suppliers; test changes when applicable.Document solutions, incidents, and related procedures.Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Profile:5+ years of experience in IT operations, application support, or a similar role.Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams administration.Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365.Familiar with Jira and Confluence.Experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus.Affinity with Azure and API integrations is an advantage.Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.Additional Details:SENIORITY: SeniorSTART DATE: April 2025DURATION: 3 months (extension probably)CONTRACT: FreelanceLOCATION: Brussels (3 days/week on-site)HOURS PER WEEK: 40LANGUAGES: Dutch (required), English (required), French (optional)
