Role Overview
As a Digital Communication Specialist dedicated to the US market, you will drive brand presence and recognition in the United States. With our US operations launched, we seek a dynamic digital marketing expert to elevate brand awareness, engage new partners, and drive customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and execute a strong social media strategy for Instagram and Facebook, aligned with our global communication plan.
* Create and manage a content calendar ensuring consistent communication that reflects our brand identity and values.
* Collaborate with designers to create engaging content boosting brand awareness and community engagement.
* Monitor and analyse social media performance using KPIs and insights to enhance strategies and increase engagement.
Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
* Define and execute local on social media and Google campaigns driven by excellence in execution.
* Lead planning, timeline, and budget management while proposing recommendations to drive awareness and conversions.
Email Marketing & Retention:
* Develop and execute an effective email marketing strategy to nurture and retain new partners.
* Personalize email campaigns leveraging audience segmentation and market data.
* Write compelling email content aligning with our brand tone and messaging.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting:
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
* Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and growth opportunities.
Requirements
Hard skills:
* At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing with experience in both social media and email marketing.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook), Paid Google, social media analytics, and content strategies.
* Experience with email marketing platforms.
* US English native-speaker; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
