As exclusive partner for Plastiflex in Beringen I’m looking for a Global IT Manager.
The Global IT Manager primary focus is on the I.T. infrastructure globally, the stable functioning of all information systems, the safeguarding of the company information and compliance with various legal, regulatory, and corporate directives, as well as continuously developing updated systems and tools to provide relevant information to the Business and Operations.
The position is expected to support the CFO in the planning and strategic direction of the company as it relates to available information technologies, the selection of hardware, software and possible third-party support.
Task Responsibilities
* ERP
* IT infrastructure/MS office
To provide relevant data to the users with a very high level of up time of hard-and software, through the proper functioning of IT systems in place and making upgrades as necessary.
Maintain user access privileges in accordance with system security policies.
Assure licensing and consistency of corporate software
Assure that IT group policy is followed
Safeguard company data and ensure adequate levels of backup & recovery are being completed
Establish service level agreements with suppliers and internal customers as required to maintain the day to day functioning of network and peripherals.
* Power BI
Maintain and develop key users to assure in depth knowledge of the business processes
To design, develop, train and implement an IT-(infra-) structure that supports the overall business, and creates the transparency within the organization.
To design, develop and execute a Management Information System that supports business reporting structure throughout the organization.
* MS 365 / SharePoint
Maintain and develop MS 365 environment
Developing SharePoint application to be rolled out globally
* MS Azure: Maintaining the Azure user and security environment
* Software validation in QMS healthcare system (ISO 13485)
* Manage the ICT systems security
* Conduct feasibility studies (business case) of leading edge and other technologies which the company may choose to adopt to improve effectiveness and/or the fulfillment of user requirements
* Constantly look for new or improved existing technology which can benefit to better and faster MIS systems
* Develop IT strategies in collaboration with the CFO and aligned with the Excom
* Being able to present developed business cases towards Excom to obtain company wide adoption of the project
* Responsible for the management of the assigned resources, ensuring their personal development as well as the effectiveness of the organization.
* Manage development and support recruitment of the IT team members
* Ensure resources are accurately allocated in line with business plans
* Development of yearly IT plan, budget, with targets and KPI’s
* Accurately manages projects to complete each on time, on budget.
Profile:
Work Experience
* +15-year experience in IT in an international environment with strong business understanding on manufacturing and finance
* Experience with an integrated ERP system.
* Experience and expertise with LAN/WAN networks, MS SQL, Microsoft 365, Power BI
* Experience using project management techniques, tools and methodologies
* Experience in a position interacting with all levels of staff internal and external
* Experience in a position requiring the ability to educate, train users and mentor project teams

All costs and expenditures within agreed budget and expenditure procedure
- Approval of all costs and expenditures according to the approval procedure

Is directly responsible for the IT-staff as disclosed in the organization chart
