Role: Oracle Database Administrator
Location: Brussels
An international company based in the Brussels region are on the lookout for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join their team. This company is specialized in the sector of identity solutions and will be expanding rapidly next year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Database Installation and Configuration
* Set up and manage Oracle database instances, environments, and Oracle Grid Infrastructure.
* Maintenance of existing databases whilst writing automated scripts for the installation of databases
* Performance Tuning and Optimization
* Open to progressing into an operational function in the future
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a DBA working
* Good knowledge of Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB and other similar databases is ideal.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
