Key Account Manager – Belgium, Netherlands & Scandinavia
Are you passionate about animal health and looking for an exciting new challenge?
Interested in planning, organising and managing our client’s sales activities through effective key account management in high-performing corporates and buying groups ?
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you’ll be responsible for:
* Managing and developing key accounts across your territory (Belgium, Netherlands and Sweden) ensuring the achievement of sales targets in accordance with the agreed strategy, segmentation, visit frequency and group policies
* Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Organising regular client contact, identifying business development opportunities and setting partnership plans
* Supporting product launches, sales results and adapting to environmental changes
* Contributing to a “content-driven” approach by sharing your in-depth knowledge of the products and industry trends
* Spending 50% of your time on the road visiting clients across the full territory in clinics and in their HQ and the other 50% planning and reporting from the office or from home
Wie ben jij?
* At least 3 years of proven networking in the sales field
* Living in Belgium or the Netherlands
* Active listener, strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
* Customer-focused, dynamic and results-oriented
* Fluent in English and able to work collaboratively within a team
* Affinity with animal health industry
