* To follow the instructions and operating procedures of the Warehouse
* Ensure that all labelling and product information sent to customers are accurate, up to date and communicated thoroughly.
* Accurately record batch numbers and maintain files for all stock
* Assist the Warehouse Manager to ensure stock is accurately recorded, regularly checked and pro-actively managed to keep it at the most efficient level and ensuring that stock nearing the end of its shelf life is flagged up to the Warehouse Manager for action.
* Actively assist the Quality Assurance Team to report, record, investigate and take corrective action to ensure that the Company's policies and procedures are implemented and evolved with changing needs
* Assist the Warehouse Manager to ensure all SOP's and documentation which cover the Warehouse Process are kept current and updated as they evolve, and this is communicated to all relevant staff with training record kept
* Ensure that day to day courier driver relationships are monitored and nurtured
* Education and Qualifications
* Completed Secondary Education, A-Level Education preferable
* Good skills in Microsoft Office
* Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Working experience gained in Warehouse preferably in Medical or Bio-Science Sectors
* Possess experience working with Warehouse and Goods In/Out systems
* Ability to work in a front line, high pressure, reactive environment
* Good level of spoken/written English and mental/practical arithmetic
* Proven ability to maintain accurate records and files
* IT proficient
* Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, management and suppliers.
