As an Inside Sales Officer, you will support the Sales Team with administrative and commercial tasks.
What you will do:
* Understand the overall sales process, CRM system, and associated procedures.
* Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with assigned accounts within a specific geographical region.
* Assist the Sales Manager with quote follow-ups, lead generation, and ensuring alignment with the regional sales strategy.
* Develop tailored solutions to address the needs of assigned accounts and create new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement business plans focused on specific account projects or industry segments.
* Respond to specific RFPs (Requests for Proposals) or formal proposals as required, monitor their status, and ensure the execution of won bids.
* Provide quotes, proposals, and presentations to assigned accounts for specific opportunities as needed.
* Support and assist with new business development activities as directed by the sales team.
What we are looking for:
* 3+ years of experience in the industrial or scientific space.
* Strong business development skills, with a deep understanding of consultative selling principles and strategic/key account management.
* Ability to effectively communicate experiences, facts, and strategies to colleagues in the business development team, fostering a culture of mentorship and knowledge sharing.
* Proficient in communicating technical solutions, bridging the gap between engineering expertise and customer requirements.
* Continuously acquire and develop market, industry, and application-specific expertise to support informed decision-making.
* Quick to adapt and learn, with the ability to pivot as the company evolves.
* Proficient in CRM/ERP systems and data analytics, with the ability to leverage these tools for business growth.
