* Working experience on Voice Services and Platforms.
* Experience on Large Enterprise Networks in as a Service/Technical Delivery Manager.
* Strong experience on UC (preferably CISCO) technologies and associated protocols.
* Strong understanding/experience on tools like VOSS
* Must have CCNP (Voice)/CCIE Voice desirable
* Ability to coordinate with various teams involved in the Client Contract to deliver the services to the customer on time also with the committed quality.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced complex network environment.
* Strong skills on MS Office for reports and preparation of RCA
* Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to maintain focus over long periods of time.
* Ability to work “on call” support at odd hours as needed.
* Besides fluent in English additional Language is desired
