Job Description
The Ecommerce Manager will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
* Develop and implement ecommerce strategies aligned with business goals and market trends
* Manage website operations, ensuring seamless UX/UI and optimized SEO
* Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and create data-driven improvement plans
* Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social platforms
* Oversee promotions, pricing strategies, and partnerships with external stakeholders
* Optimize marketplace and multichannel ecommerce performance
* Enhance customer experience with retention strategies and personalized engagement
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in a similar position in ecommerce management
* Experience in retail is a big plus
* Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and analytics tools
* Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and email campaigns is a plus
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
