Experience Requirements
1. At least 7+ years of hospitality leadership experience, with a strong focus on restaurant operations.
2. Proven track record of leading teams, driving growth, and improving profitability across multiple business units.
3. Knowledge of multi-concept venues, including restaurants, events, and nightlife operations, is a big plus.
Skill Requirements
1. Exceptional leadership and team management skills to inspire and align diverse teams.
2. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and driving revenue growth.
3. A strategic mindset, combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and daily operations.
4. Proficiency in English and French (Dutch is a strong advantage).
